How a team booking works.

    Pay or invoice

    Pay with a method open for the event, or choose Invoice my company at payment.

    Names now or later

    Type names in, add attendees later, or upload a CSV roster from your booking.

  4. Step 04

    Everyone gets a QR

    Each attendee receives their own e-ticket by email.

Questions from HR and finance.

Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose “Invoice my company” at the payment step. We raise an invoice and your finance team settles it on terms.
Do you issue official receipts and BIR forms?
Yes. Every booking comes with an official receipt, and we provide BIR Form 2307 and other supporting documents your finance team may need. If your company has specific requirements, such as tax-exempt status, its own vendor forms or accreditation, just let us know when you book or reply to your confirmation email. Our finance team will work with you to get everything in order.
